INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1lb ground pork
  • ¼ cup Chef Laura’s Roasted Garlic
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Chef Laura’s Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Chef Laura’s Italian Stallion seasoning
  • 1 bunch fresh chopped Italian parsley
  • 1 bunch fresh chopped basil
  • 1 jar Chef Laura’s Tomato Sauce
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • Parmesan to serve

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix meat, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley and Italian Stallion in a large bowl.
  2. Let sit for 30 mins.
  3. Roll into balls and bake at 350 for 25 mins or until mostly cooked through.
  4. Boil water in a large pot add a pinch of salt.
  5. Heat up tomato sauce in a large saucepan.
  6. Add meatballs to sauce let simmer for 10 mins.
  7. Cook spaghetti
  8. Garnish with basil and parmesan cheese
