INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Gin
  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz Chef Laura’s Gold Digger Simple Syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Shake all ingredients over ice and pour into flute. Top with your choice of bubbles. Garnish with lemon twist. (this is a riff on a classic French 75)
