INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Chef Laura’s Greek Goddess spice Blend
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped shallots

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients, except the olive oil into food processor
  2. Slowly add the olive oil until fully blended
