INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups chopped basil
- ¼ cup roasted garlic
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup garlic oil
- 2 tbsp Chef Laura’s Italian Stallion spice blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Put ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency.
- Serve over pasta, on pizza or as marinade.
