INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups chopped basil
  • ¼ cup roasted garlic
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup garlic oil
  • 2 tbsp Chef Laura’s Italian Stallion spice blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency.
  2. Serve over pasta, on pizza or as marinade.
