INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe avocados
- ½ chopped red onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped roma tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp Chef Laura’s Sexy Mexi seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Slice avocados in half. Remove the peels and place the avocado in a bowl.
- Mash the avocados until the consistency is smooth with just a few small lumps.
- Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
- Gently fold all ingredients together.
