A traditional drink reinvented using Chef Laura’s basil simple syrup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml Gin or Vodka
  • 45 ml apple juice
  • 15 ml Chef Laura’s Basil Simple Syrup
  • Cucumber, muddled
  • Garnish
    mint sprig

DIRECTIONS

  1. Shake all ingredients and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
