INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml Gin or Vodka
- 45 ml apple juice
- 15 ml Chef Laura’s Basil Simple Syrup
- Cucumber, muddled
- Garnish
mint sprig
DIRECTIONS
- Shake all ingredients and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
