- 2 oz. gin (elderflower rose gin is extra delicious)
- 2 oz. Chef Laura’s blueberry simple syrup
- 2- 3 oz. of Prosecco chilled
- Blueberry pierced by a lime twist for garnish
- Fill a martini shaker with ice.
- Add gin and Chef Laura’s blueberry simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour into a large, stemmed glass and add the Prosecco.
- Finish with a lime twist skewered through a blueberry.
