• 2 oz. gin (elderflower rose gin is extra delicious)
  • 2 oz. Chef Laura’s blueberry simple syrup
  • 2- 3 oz. of Prosecco chilled
  • Blueberry pierced by a lime twist for garnish
  • Ice


  1. Fill a martini shaker with ice.
  2. Add gin and Chef Laura’s blueberry simple syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Pour into a large, stemmed glass and add the Prosecco.
  5. Finish with a lime twist skewered through a blueberry.
