INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Chef Laura’s Greek Goddess spice Blend
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots
DIRECTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients, except the olive oil into food processor
- Slowly add the olive oil until fully blended
