St. Germain is an elderflower liqueur that adds a sweet, floral note to this cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40 ml gin (infused with Chef Laura’s Sangria Mix)
  • 10 ml St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • Tonic water
  • Garnish
    Fresh strawberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ingredients over ice. Add tonic. Garnish with a strawberry slice, cut halfway through and placed on the rim.
