A fresh citrusy cocktail recipe that features your favourite tequila.


  • 45 ml Tequila of choice
  • 15 ml Cointreau
  • 30 ml of fresh lime juice
  • 30 ml of fresh lemon juice
  • 15-30 ml Chef Laura’s Burnt Orange Simple syrup
  • Garnish
    Black salt
    Orange peel


  1. Combine all ingredients. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a half rim of black salt and an orange wheel.

Note: This sauce can be prepared up to 1 week in advance. Transfer to an airtight container and chill.
