A fresh citrusy cocktail recipe that features your favourite tequila.
- 45 ml Tequila of choice
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 30 ml of fresh lime juice
- 30 ml of fresh lemon juice
- 15-30 ml Chef Laura’s Burnt Orange Simple syrup
- Combine all ingredients. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a half rim of black salt and an orange wheel.
Note: This sauce can be prepared up to 1 week in advance. Transfer to an airtight container and chill.
