A wonderful glaze to elevate any main dish into something special. Use it to marinate chicken, duck, fish or tofu.

INGREDIENTS

  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • ½ cup Chef Laura’s Orange Lavender Marmalade
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard (or a whole grain mustard)
  • 1 clove Chef Laura’s Roasted Garlic (mash with fork)
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients with a whisk and coat on protein of your choice before baking as you would normally prepare them.
