A wonderful glaze to elevate any main dish into something special. Use it to marinate chicken, duck, fish or tofu.
- Kosher salt and pepper
- ½ cup Chef Laura’s Orange Lavender Marmalade
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard (or a whole grain mustard)
- 1 clove Chef Laura’s Roasted Garlic (mash with fork)
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Combine all ingredients with a whisk and coat on protein of your choice before baking as you would normally prepare them.
