The roasted garlic in this recipe adds a luxuriously creamy, caramelized rich flavour. You might have to stop yourself from eating this dressing all on its own.


  • ¼ cup Chef Laura’s Roasted Garlic
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp water
  • ⅓ cup olive oil


  1. Blend all ingredients together. Use a food processor or Hand Blender (magic stick) for a smooth blended dressing opposed to a loose vinaigrette.
